The Restaurant

Since 1989 the Restaurant “Prinz Frederik” is active constituent of the Hotel Abtei. Guests are indulged on high niveau with its Michelin starred cuisine. Since 2004 Jochen Kempf creates here with very finest ingredients culinary delights, and holds 2011 again the Michelin-star.  

At the Bistro “Le Jardin de la Maison Pommery” you may enjoy light bistro-style dining in a relaxed atmosphere also fondly created by Jochen Kempf, especially for little appetite, as starters for a soirree or to conclude the evening.

We will be pleased to arrange your personal or business event at our Saloon, Restaurant or Bistro. The Bistro provides separate place for 30 persons.

As our restaurant has become one of the probably most popular gourmet-location, a reservation would be recommended. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday evening. Please have understanding of Reservations at the Restaurant and the Bistro have to be made by call.
